This violet-hued spirit combines the essence of the
exotic açai berry with the delectable blueberry.
Sinfully delicious and rich with a heavenly
caramel candy flavor in a natural caramel color.
TASTING NOTES:
The açai is a tropical berry with a lot of
antioxidants, some tannin and interesting flavor
nuances such as clove, nuts and chocolate. The
blueberry is known for its light, pleasing berry
taste. Because of the tannin in the açai, there is
structure in the mouth, making this a sophisticated
flavor softened by the blueberry, raspberry and a
hint of almond for an exotic taste experience.
TASTING NOTES:
A balance had to be found between the sweet
burned sugar taste and creamy texture of
the candy when creating our Dutch Caramel
Vodka. The flavor is very decadent and of pure
caramel. Undertones of vanilla and chocolate
are finished with caramel and coffee. We used
the burned sugar to naturally color the vodka a
rich shade of caramel.

We use black cherries from the United
States because of their ripe, fresh cherry
flavor. Highly aromatic, our Black Cherry
also has some tannin which adds a refined
touch of tartness to the cherry’s sweet and
fresh flavor.
TASTING NOTES:
The taste for our pomegranates comes from
Spain. It is a balance of sweet and bitter, just
like the pomegranate. The bitterness comes
from the antioxidants but it is this same
tartness that adds to the sophistication of
the vodka. A number of different fruits such
as strawberry, cranberry and orange also
support the intense pomegranate flavor and
help round out the texture and body.

This un-aged tequila is bottled directly after
distillation.
The master distiller calls it “the truth”
because it wonderfully traps the authentic
character of the blue Agave, the plant from
which the range of tequilas is produced.
This tequila is aged for at least four
months in a barrel made of three types
of wood: French oak, American oak and
white oak.
This is a special method whereby
the three types of wood influence the
taste of the tequila. This method has
won Corralejo three gold medals in
international events.
The tequila is aged for at least one year in
a new American oak barrel that is burnt
on the inside, giving the Corralejo Anejo
its wonderful smoked taste. This is an
excellent example of the expertise and
meticulousness of the distiller who expresses
his uncompromising professional skills in
producing superior tequila. The source of the
magnificent color of the red bottle is Mexico,

of the maple enhances rather than overwhelms the whisky flavors.
TAP 357 is named for an unforgettable blend of cask-aged
3-, 5- and 7-year old rye whiskies and the syrupy sweetness of a Canadian
maole tapped at the first sign of spring in quebec.
The blended rye whisky used in TAP 357 is produced at the oldest distillery in Western Canada, where it is distilled four times then matured
in a combination of new, second- and third-use bourbon barrels. Once
aged, Master Blender Michel Marcil expertly blends the selected whiskies. Next, Marcil combines the whisky in Quebec with pure "Canada 1
Light" maple syrup from the region. In a proprietary finishing process
the maple-flavored rye whisky is then left to rest for an additional period
until deemed ready for release.
TAP 8 RYE Sherry Finished, aged 8 years, is the newest introduction from
the Tap Whisky family. Eight Year Old Canadian Rye Whisky has been expertly blended with fine Spanish Amontillado Sherry in this singular bottling
for a sophisticated aged rye whisky with a unique finish.
The whisky is distilled multiple times in small batches using a pot still and
continuous distillation from a reserve blend of fine rye whisky before it is
placed in casks to age for 8 years.
How is TAP 357 produced?
The blended rye whisky used in TAP 357 is produced at the oldest distillery
in Western Canada, where it is distilled four times then matured in a combination of new, second- and third-use bourbon barrels. Once aged, Master
