Here at Linger, we have worked with quality producers and passionate, inspiring individuals
to create a beverage list that complements both our food philosophy and your thirst.
Our list is designed to compliment the food coming out of our kitchen by using fresh, local, globally
inspired ingredients and is a cornerstone of our bar philosophy.
With global cocktail influences from South America to Asia, our menu is intended to have a little bit
of everything for everyone from everywhere. We strive to feature organically farmed wines, locally
brewed beers, seasonally inspired cocktails, creative and healthy non-alcoholic mock-tails.
These selections, whenever possible, are brought to you from local producers that meet and
exceed our standard of value, quality and integrity. Additionally, we enjoy looking a little
further geographically in order to bring in the world’s best beers, spirits and wines that share
our commitment to quality.
