Surf to convocation website. Choose the menu “GRADUATE VERIFICATION”
1. Please key-in MyKad number or ISID (for foreign graduates) and then LOGIN
2. Then click to proceed with the payment
3. This page will pop-out. Then please click READ button.
4. Please tick the ACTION column then click the SUBMIT button.
5. Please choose the appropriate program = [09] - CONVOCATION
6. (a) Please tick with your approriate fee as stated in your invitation letter. (b) Then
choose mode of payment (either debit or credit card). (c) Then click the submit button.
7. Please check and confirm your selection. Then fill-up the graduate’s detail.
Information with “*” are compulsary. Then click the SUBMIT button.
8. Please check your detail of payment (name, MyKad/ISID and amount). Then proceed
with SUBMIT button.
9. This window will pop-up. Please check your detail (name, MyKad/ISID and amount).
Then click CONTINUE button.
10. This window will pop-up. Please CLICK HERE>> button
11. Then choose your preferred e-payment channel.
12. This window will pop-up this window (different with other bank chosen). Please
reconfirm your seller’s invoice number (it should stated your MyKad / ISID number).
13. Request for TAC
14. After received the TAC, proceed with the payment.
15. Confirmation for the payment.
