Band Concert Details st​
The Lineville Bands will present spring concerts on Thursday, May 21​
in the Bay Port Auditorium. Below you will see the times for students from each band: Band Group Students enter Bay Port Warm­up in band room Concert in auditorium 5th grade band 5:40pm 5:45pm 6:00pm­6:20pm 6th grade band 6:40pm 6:45pm 7:00pm­7:20pm th​
Please make note of the exact times above. 6​
grade parents are asked to th​
stay out of the auditorium until the 5​
grade band’s performance is finished. Band students must wear their blue band shirts. Special notes: ● All school­owned instruments (including french horns, baritones, & ​
tubas) must be turned in on May 21st​
for spring inventory and maintenance work. ​
● Just for your information . . . during the school day on May 21st​
band students will walk to Bay Port for special practices on the stage as ​
​
follows: 5th​
graders during periods 7 & 8; 6th​
graders during periods 1 & 2. ● Because of construction and the possibility of a Bay Port track meet ​
on May 21st​

parking will be a challenge​

Please plan extra time for dropping off students, parking, and walking. ● The Giving Tree will be doing one final school­based food drive to help stock the pantry, which will enable continuing help for struggling families over the summer months. If you wish to donate a non­perishable food item you will find containers available at the concert in the auditorium lobby. Thank you for helping the families in need!
