We have arranged four Development/Training days/venues and we trust one will be suitable for your incoming officers to attend. Each of these days will commence at 9am for a 9.30am start. A light lunch will be served to wind up each Training day. All Clubs will need to book and pay in advance for each Officer and Lion attending at their chosen Training venue. For your Club team efficiency, ideally all incoming office-bearers and interested members should attend the same venue. Office-bearers continuing on in their position are expected to attend too. Returning officebearers bring practical knowledge and experience which they can share, and ……… there is always something new to learn. We look forward to seeing 100% attendance of 201v2 Clubs. Many hours of planning and preparation go into these CLUB LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT DAYS. Attending is important. President/Vice-President; Membership Chairman; Secretary; and Treasurer sessions will be run concurrently. The position of Club Membership Chairman will be listed in the National Directory this year. Therefore it is important Membership Chairmen attend. Each session will be interactive and informative. There will be ample time and opportunity to ask questions. With active demonstrations of online reporting via MyLCI, where as you all know monthly WMMR’s are submitted using this simple 2 minute procedure, and other online processes such as Club Service Activities and relevant reports will be demonstrated too. Club Officers’ Kits will be available for collection. Note: 100% Secretary Awards and other similar awards require your attendance at one of these training sessions.
