NEED The FAIR Act:

targeted due to sequestration and budget

billion dollars in salary from 2011-2013.
•There is a 35% gap between the pay of
public and private employees.
•For three years federal employees have only
seen a nominal 1% pay increase.
What the
FAIR Act Fixes:

with a hard-earned 3.8% pay
raise in 2016.Would provide
