Our senior leadership team is currently seeking a: Director of Operations Based out of our corporate office in Prince George, BC and supporting our terminals in BC and Alberta, the successful candidate will provide oversight and leadership to our Terminal Managers. This position will report directly to the President. Key responsibilities will include:  Leadership.  Develop and implement operational strategy.  Coach and develop terminal managers.  Identify opportunities and improve performance of operations through continuous improvement initiatives.  Be a catalyst for growth of the organization.  Service contract acquisition and management.  Fleet and asset design and procurement management.  Haul configuration design facilitation. Required Skills, Education & Experience:  Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing in a similar capacity.  Operations Management in bulk transportation within the forest and mining industries is considered an asset.  Coaching and mentoring skills.  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Team player.  Ethical and loyal.  Innovative.  Contract negotiation and management experience.  Strong analytical and decision making skills.
