RULES & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. Trophies for winners and runners up in all events. 2. Competitors entered in both Men’s or Ladies Championship events and also in the Men’s or Ladies’ Veteran events are eligible to win trophies in both categories - otherwise, all players may only win one major trophy. 3. Only competitors 50 years of age and over are eligible to enter veteran events. 4. The match committee reserves a) the right to alter conditions and grades of any event should the number of entries warrant such action. b) may deduct an administration fee for refunds c) reserves the right to refuse any entry 5. The Rules of Golf and the local rules of the Loxton Golf Club shall be the rules governing all play at the tournament. 6. Championship event ties (stroke) will be decided by playoff. All other ties shall be decided by countback. 7. Handicaps for events:- A-Grade Men 0-9, B-Grade Men 10-15, C-Grade Men 16-22, D-Grade Men 2336, A-Grade Women 0-25, B-Grade Women 26-45. The Match Committee reserves the right to reduce the number of grades should there be a lack of competitors in any grade. 8. Starting handicaps of any competitor shall prevail for 36 hole events. 9. Visiting competitors will be made temporary members of the Loxton Golf Club on the days of competition. 10. Practice on the course between championship rounds will NOT be permitted. 11. Entries close 6.00pm, Friday July 10th and should be made on the official entry form, and, must be accompanied by the appropriate competition fees. Entries without money will not be accepted. 12. Entries will be restricted to 200. 13. Competitors from outside the Riverland will be notified of tee off times by email, Loxton Golf Club Website & Loxton Golf Club App. 14. For Riverland players, tee off times will be published in the Loxton News & The Murray Pioneer the week before the event. 15. Players winning trophies are responsible for their collection from the Loxton Golf Club within 3 months of the event. 16. The golf course is available for practice on Thursday July 23rd. 17.
