This Tournament is open to Junior Female Golfers whose handicap is within the following GA limits:+10-44.4. 2. Juniors must be aged less than 18 years on the day of competition. 3. The Championship will be Open to all eligible juniors with a GA Handicap as above. The Closed event played in conjunction is for players whose home club for handicapping is affiliated with the SCB&DWG. 4. Ties in Championship events will be decided by a sudden death playoff as designated by SCB&DWG Match Committee. Ties in all other events will be decided by countback. 5. Competitors without a Golf Link number may be required to produce handicap verification. 6. No competitor shall be eligible to receive more than one trophy except a competitor in the closed championship may win both the Open & Closed championship. 7. Competition will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf together with Local Rules in force at Pacific Harbour Golf Club. 8. A Competition Committee, appointed by SCB&DWG, shall have sole management and control of the event. The Competition Committee reserves the right to: (a) fix and/or alter starting times, (b) in the event of bad weather, or for any other reason, either shorten the contest or fix another date/venue, (c) vary any condition should they deem it advisable, (d) reject any entry without assigning any reason therefore. The decisions of the Competition Committee will be final in all matters and in the absence of a full committee, such members as may be present at the time may give a decision, and any such decision shall be deemed to be a decision of the full Competition Committee. 10. Competitors must be ready to start at the appointed time - if not at the tee when called, the player may be placed at the end of the field. Rule 6-3a. 11. Dress rules of the Host Club will apply. 12. GA Code of Conduct for Juniors will apply. 13. All players must use a golf ball named, tested and approved per the current list of conforming golf balls. 14. Motorised Carts: During any round of the tournament, competitors may not travel in or on any motorised vehicle unless authorised by the Competition Committee. PENALTY FOR BREACH OF CONDITION: In the absence of an exemption – 2 strokes at each hole at which a breach of this condition occurred; maximum penalty per round – 4 strokes. 15. A Competitor shall not knowingly make use of any drug to enhance her performance. Infringement of this condition may mean disqualification. (List is available on request). 16. Mobile Phones: The use of mobile phones by players and/or caddies during the play of any competition round is prohibited. Serious breaches of etiquette may result in disqualification. 17. Once the draw is completed, there will be no refund of entry fees to players who withdraw from the event, except for exceptional circumstances.
