This sheet is meant to provide you with the necessary information regarding the Plus Two Admission for
the 2015 – 2016 Academic Session.

N.B.: Students have to clear Std XI in one year, as there is absolutely no provision for repeating Std. XI.
HOW TO APPLY:
 Application forms will be distributed from Wednesday, 10th June 2015 onwards (Monday to Saturday).
 Preference will be given to ICSE students.
 The Application Form must be filled in completely. Your NAME and DATE OF BIRTH should be as they
appear in your ICSE / CBSE/ PASS CERTIFICATE.
 Once Application Form is filled in, kindly meet the Principal to confirm the admission and initiate the
admission process.

ARTS STREAM
(Code 001)
: Secured 55% marks in English, History & Geography and Economics in
Std. 10.
COMMERCE STREAM
(Code 002)
: Secured 55% marks in English, Maths, Economics /Accounts/
Computers in Std. 10.
SCIENCE STREAM
1. Bio-Science
(Code 003)
: Secured an average of 60% marks in English, Maths/ Economics &
Science (Phy / Chem /Bio) in Std. 10.
2. Pure-Science
(Code 004)
: Secured an average of 60% marks in English, Maths, Science (Phy &
Chem.), Computers/ Economics in Std. 10.
ATTACH to the filled-in Application Form:


Affix a RECENT PASSPORT SIZE colour photograph of the applicant on the application form.



Photocopy of Board Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate.
Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate in original.
Two RECENT PASSPORT SIZE colour photograph of the applicant should be submitted along with
the filled in application form.
Migration Certificate in original if appeared Std. -X from other than ICSE, New Delhi.
IMPORTANT DATES:
First day of class will be on Monday, 17th June 2015 at 7.25 am.
