Undertaking (For Industrial Usage of Water):
The agreement between you and the WRD shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:­
1. The scheme has provision for required capital expediture.
2. The local body/agency/individual is ready to pay the charges for curtailment of irrigation
3. Separate Water meter will be installed for each category of water use at the time of functioning of scheme.
4. Storage tank would be constructed of appropriate capacity as per the Government Resolution.
5.The water tariff for water usage would be binding on me as and when updated by authorities.
6. Water will not to be released in the river from the dam for my sole usage. I undertake to abide by the rules and regulations applicable from time to time.
