What is Maine Mini Camp?
Every year, the Maine Chapter of CISV USA holds its annual Maine Mini Camp (MMC). MMC is an incredible weekend; jam-­‐packed with fun CISV activities, top notch educational content, awesome people, energizers galore, and so much more! This will be Maine’s 12th annual Maine Mini Camp! Come join us! When is MMC? th
Friday, April 24 – Sunday, April 26th! Check in is from 5:00 – 6:30pm on Friday, and MMC officially ends at 12:00 pm on Sunday. Please plan your arrival and departure around these times. Where is MMC? MMC will be held oceanside at the beautiful Schoodic Institute in Winter Harbor. The Schoodic Institute is about 1½ hours from Bangor, and is a part of Acadia National Park. Our fantastic group of Maine Junior Board members is planning an amazing MMC for you and fellow JBers from all over the Northeastern United States and Canada. Who is running this shindig? JB Maine! Led by our JB Advisor Samantha Coltart, Maine’s Junior Board has been planning and will run Maine Mini Camp 2014. THEME This year, JB Maine is entering the wonderful world of Disney and taking a look at classic and favorite movies through a CISV lens. Registration You can register for MMC at: bit.do/mmc-­‐registration Price Participants: $85 per person (transportation not included) Chaperones: $0 (transportation not included) Price includes: shirt, dinner on Friday, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Those traveling out of Maine will get a bagged lunch on Sunday for the trip home.
