Safety Guidelines:
Before we jump into using, we need to cover some common safety guidelines. Because
essential oils are so concentrated, most of them need to be diluted in oil, lotion, water, slats, or
some type of carrier before they are applied to the skin. Carriers slow the evaporation of the oils,
protects the skin, and helps with blending different oils together.
 Follow instructions on labels; use externally only, do not ingest
 Test essential oils on a small patch of skin prior to determine your sensitivity
 Keep all essential oils out of the reach of children
 Avoid exposure to eyes and sensitive skin areas. In case of contact, flush with milk or oil, for
EOs are not water soluble and water will not likely remove effectively, but may help it spread
out.
 Many increase photosensitivity, so avoid strong sunlight or tanning beds after topical application.
 Store EOs away from heat, light, moisture, and EMFs.
 Avoid use with pregnancy until you verify safety of that specific oil.
Note: Natures Fresh is good for so many things... topically, internally and for cleaning. Natures
Fresh helps to emulsify the oils in your blend so that it is easily absorbed if you use it on your
body or disperse into the air to kill out germs. It won't take away the smell of Eos for it kills odors
by killing the bacteria and germs that make the odors, there isn't any bacteria or germs in the EO's.
It helps the fragrances meld nicely when you are combining different oils together. Great as a base.
