Transporting Students With Behavior Disorders
More and more children are being diagnosed with Behavior Disorders –
formerly referred to as Emotional Disturbance. These children can exhibit
behaviors which become safety issues on the bus rapidly. How do we
provide the tools our bus drivers need to maintain a safe and positive bus
environment for their passengers? This workshop will help you understand
the dynamic of these manifest behaviors and discuss strategies for safe
transportation.
Bad Attitudes Go Viral
Ever look around your operation and wonder where all the bad attitude is
coming from? What causes your staff to be so adversarial? This workshop
will take a humorous look at the impact of bad attitude on your department.
Identify some potential sources and discuss a few appropriate responses to
bring your operation back from the dark side!
