SAFETY:
 all children must wear running shoes during VBS, no sandals, crocs or flip flops.
 all children must be signed in and out each day by a parent or guardian
 Please list those who have your permission to pick up your child at the end of

FREE LUNCH: On Friday July 10, we would like to invite you and your family to join us for a light
lunch. This is a great opportunity to meet other VBS families and for us to get to know you
better.
VBS CELEBRATION SUNDAY: Please join us on Sunday, July 12 at 10am for our VBS Sunday
service. Your children would love to have the opportunity to share what they learned and
experienced during the week with the rest of their family. We ask that your child wear their
VBS shirt and bandura . Please arrive at the church by 9:45 – we will meet in the gym. This is a
highlight of the week. Don’t miss it!
CONSENT FORMS:
In case of an emergency, do we have your permission to consent to emergency medical
treatment for your child(ren)? All attempts will be made to contact you or the emergency

We like to take pictures during the week and use them for a PowerPoint presentation on VBS
Sunday and on our VBS board and website. Do we have permission to photograph your
child(ren) and use the pictures for the purpose of promotion? YES NO
