Thank you for choosing Maria Wood’s Fashion Focus Program. By registering below you
reserve a space for our Getaway for a Day April 2015:
All Getaways are held at the Pembroke Studio located at
31 Schoosett Street, Suite 202, Pembroke

Lunch is Included
In order to ensure each student gains the most from this course prompt arrival and pick
up is most appreciated. Students are expected to dress in proper attire (sweatshirts, old
sneakers, old t-shirts, etc. are not appropriate for class).
Cancellation due to a weather emergency will be stated no later than one hour prior to
class on the Fashion Focus main number via voice mail. Please call 781- 826-0241.
Email correspondence to parents will also be initiated if addresses are provided below.
While Fashion Focus has never had a single case of head lice in our 15 years of
operation, we do have a “no-nit” policy. Participants in any Fashion Focus program or
birthday party found to have nits or head lice will be unable to take part in activities and
parents will be called for immediate pick-up.

PHOTO RELEASE
Fashion Focus Program may make, have, use, publish and reproduce photographs, slides,
motion pictures, and/or video of students for its record or public relations efforts. Parents not
wanting their children to be photographed/videotaped must write a signed letter to the program
director Maria Wood stating any limitations or refusal of use of such pictures/videos in order for
students not be photographed or videotaped.
LICE POLICY
