If you require additional equipment, please provide your own. IE - guitar leads, DI Box etc. Music must be a backing track, No lyrics. The judges have the right to stop your performance at any time due to time constraints. All signed applications must be delivered or posted to Marlborough 4 Fun no later than 4pm Friday 15th May with full payment either by cash, cheque or eftpos no credit cards to Po Box 1139, Blenheim. OR deliver to 13 Main Street, Blenheim Please include a current photo with your application form, this is essential and will not be returned to you. Time slots for auditions will be on a first come first serve basis. There will be two stages of auditions. Only 10 performers will go through to the LIVE GRAND FINAL on 30th May, 7.30pm (at the Floor Pride Civic Theatre. Applications are non refundable. Please ensure you are at your audition 15mins prior (but no earlier) to your designated time slot to allow for promptness. Marlborough 4 Fun will not provide any payment for your participation in the show, it is your responsibility to pay for travel, food, make-up, props etc. Each group is responsible for their own attire for both the audition and the final performance. Backing dancers/musicians will not be provided by the organisers but you are permitted to provide your own backing artists if you require them. Auditions may be recorded for promotional purposes or at the Grand Final The judges decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will be prizes awarded to 1st & 2nd place, these winners may be requested to perform at other Marlborough 4 Fun events, the date will be mutually agreed between both parties. Photos of both the audition process & the final show may be used for promotional purposes by the organisers.
