About Us
Marnolda cc was established during 1996 and the construction and civil division started during
2007. This closed corporation was initially started by Mr. MJH Joubert who used to be part of the
Con Roux Construction company.
Since then Sam Ndlovu and Linda Joubert joined this closed corporation and thereby
strengthening our administration and financial resources.
Our company’s head office is based in the town of Thabazimbi, Limpopo Province and we have
satelite offices in Polokwane, Mthatha and Port Elizabeth.
Marnolda cc specializes in the construction of infrastructure on a National basis and by adhering
to the following key principals:
•Re-enforcing local, provincial and national development objectives;
•Assist in enhancing the infrastructure development of Local Authorities;
•Aim at providing services and socio economic development to the rural poor and previously
disadvantaged areas;
•Ensure that the economic spin-off through the provision of infrastructure and capacity is maximized,
inclusive of employment creation and the development of emerging enterprises;
•To prevent all incidents and accidents at it’s operations; and
•To comply with all applicable legal requirements.
