Applying Ethical Principles to Everyday

Principles for Professional Ethics will be
applied to cases and issues. For the first
hour, we will focus on issues pertaining to
the dignity and rights of all persons'
(including confidentiality issues and
fairness/justice dynamics). During the
second hour, we will discuss cases related
to professional competence issues and
honesty/integrity in professional
relationships. For the third hour, we will
focus on cases where issues arise with our
responsibility to schools, families, the
profession, and society. Participants
should come prepared with questions
and case issues to discuss. This will be an
interactive workshop with Dr. Kauffman
moderating our discussion.
