Teachers Wishlist – carried over to this meeting at request of Jonnda after teachers have
prioritized items on list.
Constitution – still to be reviewed. Simone, Claire and Dani to do.
Family contact details – Class reps are to copy and distribute to all families. Many thanks
to teachers for collecting details during parent/teacher interviews.
Yahoo account – Thanks to Simone for setting up. Is running well.

School Board:
 Dani to ask that Board put 100yr Celebration in 2018 on agenda for upcoming
meeting. Michelle to attend meeting and update them on plans to date.

 Parents present are happy with the upcoming Junior Primary Parents Reading
Session and asked if possible to have similar numeracy initiative.

 Prema advised canteen seems to be running well

Staff Priority List - Members agreed to donate $7500 to school at last meeting however
Jonnda and Dani wanted to give members chance to review and discuss list after teacher’s
prioritized items on list according to school objectives. Members agreed to fund items 1-7
on list (total $9600) with remaining items to be reviewed later in the year.
P&F will also be looking to donate $10000 towards computers towards end of year.
Jonnda advised Di Prideaux is putting together committee to organize Kindy/PP Nature
play/sensory garden. Prema suggested investigating grants available from Ag Dept and
CBH.

Narrogin Show – Michelle Batt advised that show committee are considering scarecrow
competition and asking for expressions of interest from schools and community groups.
Members agreed that parents and children could create 1 scarecrow from recyclable
materials if competition goes ahead.
