Oct. 2 Graduation application deadline Oct. 30 Deadline to make up incomplete grades for Spring 2015 and Summer 2015 semester Last Day to change to CR/NC option Last Day to select Audit Grade option Last Day to withdraw from classes with a “W” grade Nov. 11 HOLIDAY – No Classes Veterans’ Day Nov. 26-28 Thanksgiving Break – No Classes Dec. 10 Last Day of Instruction (regular semester) Dec. 11 Reading Day (regular semester) Dec. 12-18 Final Evaluation Period (regular semester) **Dates are subject to change** Fees: Change Fee - $5.00 in-person transaction for each class change from Aug. 28, 2015. Late Registration Fee - $30.00 when registering from Aug. 24-28, 2015. Non-Resident Application Fee - $25.00 required with non-resident application form. Tuition Refund (for semester-length courses): 100% refund by Aug. 28, 2015. 50% refund Sept. 14, 2015. No refund after Sept. 14, 2015. Activity, BOSP, Tech Fee Refund: 100% refund by Aug. 28, 2015 – Applies to complete withdrawals only. No refund after that date. . Refunds paid by check require a minimum of eight weeks processing time. Refunds for payments paid by credit cards are processed to your credit card. No cash refunds.
