Leah M. Hamilton
is the Director of TriComply Services and has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services
industry. Known for her engaging approach to teaching regulatory
compliance as a nationally recognized speaker on Compliance and
BSA/AML matters, Leah provides candor and an in-touch approach
to the information Presented while also providing attendees with
tools and valuable insight into areas which could be consider high
risk.
As a compliance expert, Leah has served as the lead compliance consultant and advisor on several consent order remediation engagements, focusing on
Consumer Compliance and BSA/AML. She received her Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University College of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies degree from the
University of Texas at Dallas where she majored in law and minored in business management.

Executive Vice President
Home Builders Association of Alabama
Russell Davis has served as the Executive Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Alabama since 1984. The HBAA represents the residential housing industry with 7,300 members statewide.
In addition, Davis is the Fund Administrator for the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund, a workers compensation trust fund with an average $40 million in annual contributions. In existence since 1984, the Fund serves approximately 5,200
members.
A United States Army veteran, Davis is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He
is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and is a past president of the Alabama Society of Association Executives. He is certified by the National Association of Home
Builders as a Building Industry Association Executive (BIAE).
Davis chaired the Business Associations’ Tax Coalition (BATC) for 6 years and currently serves on the executive committee of the Alabama Civil Justice Reform Committee and chairs the Alabama Council of Association Self Insurers’ Funds.
Davis lives in Montgomery with his wife, Susan. They have two married children living in Montgomery, and are the proud grandparents of twin one year old boys.
