CHERYL WHITE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
One scholarship in the amount of $2000.00

 Student must be a City of Medford resident graduating senior entering a trade school or 2/4 year
college.
 Student must have a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or better.
 Student must have a history of active involvement in athletics or other extracurricular activities
or work experience.
 Student must have shown a commitment to their community through a minimum of 100 hours of
meaningful community service/work experience during their high school years.
 One letter of recommendation (LOR) from a faculty member, community organizer, or employer who
has worked with applicant for a minimum of 1 year. LOR must include the reference’s name, address,
telephone number, and information regarding how long and in what capacity he or she has known the
applicant.
