Our cameras
We develop our products in close partnership with the people who use them and invest
time and effort into achieving an unparalleled understanding of how body worn video is
used in the field. This understanding is built into our product design and portrayed in the
cameras’ features.
These features enable:
Versatility.
All of our cameras feature an articulated camera head and wide-view
lens. This means that the camera angle can be easily adjusted to
allow users of any height and body shape to always be recording
exactly what they see and more. It also allows the camera to be
mounted in a vehicle, or in static situations such interviews.
Simplicity.
Our unique one-touch red sliding switch, turns the camera
recording on or off in one action. Simple, quick and secure to
use in any situation, even with gloves.
Positive effects.
All of our cameras feature a front facing screen. This has a proven calming effect on
people and plays an active role in de-escalating potentially volatile situations. The screen
also allows officers to review evidence on the spot if necessary.
Toughness.
Our cameras are rugged and tough enough to work as hard as their users do. They are
weather proof to operate in all typical weather conditions varying between IP54 and IP65
specifications.
Quality footage.
We offer cameras that can record in full 1080p HD for exceptionally clear and usable
video evidence. Our cameras can also record in 720p and 480p for users that do not need
to record in full HD or who prefer to save storage space.
Efficient evidence marking.
We offer cameras that allow users to mark videos as ‘evidential’ or ‘important’ at the time
of recording. This is tracked through to the backend software when the video is
uploaded. This saves time as it removes the need to search through footage to mark
videos on the system later.
Security of evidence.
Specifically designed for law enforcement and security markets, our cameras are very
secure from an evidential perspective. Users are not able to delete or overwrite footage
on the cameras. Each video is incorporated with a date and time stamp on every frame
and in the Meta data of every file. In addition to a tamper proof digital fingerprint and
encryption.

DEMS
Just like our cameras, our software is built in close partnership with the people who use
our solution and we invest time and effort into understanding how important the
management of data is and the benefit certain features can have. For example in
2013/2014 we added over 30 features to DEMS as a direct response to requests from
customers. DEMS’ distinctive attributes allow it to be:
Cost-effective.
DEMS comes bundled with our cameras and
includes upgrades and support for the life of the
camera, with no-ongoing fees.
Simple.
DEMS has been designed and developed in close
partnership with the people who use it; so it is
very user friendly, where minimal training is
required.
Versatile.
DEMS is scalable to meet any of your department needs. Depending on network
capabilities and size of deployment DEMS can be installed as a standalone, network or
Cloud-based solution.
Legal.
DEMS allows you to automate how data is stored and managed, to comply with
government and other regulations, and your organisation’s policies which takes the
burden away from officers.
Fully automated.
DEMS allows officers to simply plug their cameras into a docking station at the end of
their shift and go, while videos automatically upload to DEMS. Once videos are
automatically uploaded, they are permanently deleted from the cameras and ready for
the next user. A quick and simple process.
Secure.
Every video file is given a ‘digital fingerprint’ to prove its integrity. All files are stored
securely and a password is needed to access the system. You can assign different levels
of access to different users, or groups. Every action performed in the system is recorded,
giving you a complete audit trail.
