Registration as a Seller of Travel is enclosed which describes your registration type, shows your

Restitution Corporation participation and the rights of consumers are required on all of your advertising

Based upon your representations relative to the criteria for exemptions under the Seller of Travel law,
you are not required by law to utilize a trust account or maintain a bond in lieu of a trust account. If your
status changes so that you no longer operate under the special conditions of your registration, you must
notify this office of that change in status, and immediately begin complying with any applicable trust
account/surety bond requirements of the Seller of Travel law.
