Michael D. Rust is an experienced mediator and trainer of mediators. As a former litigation attorney, he has experienced the full spectrum of conflict resolution methods and has devoted his profession to mediation. A frequent speaker and trainer, Michael has trained hundreds of mediators and spoken in front of thousands on topics ranging from hostage negotiation to leadership skills. He has received national and international recognition for his work in mediation. Michael regularly teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He currently serves as the President of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators and Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
