E*Value Quick Start Guide for Students Logging in 1. Open your internet browser and go to https://www.e-value.net/login.cfm 2. Any of the main four will suffice (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari) 3. Type your name and password in and then click the Login button ** The institution code is not required 4. If you do not have your login information contact your Clerkship Coordinator or the E*Value Coordinator Joel Smith at [email protected]. This is the best way to retrieve your login information between 8am and 4pm. Changing your password 1. If you wish to change your password, select the School of Medicine Program. 2. Click the My Profile tile. 3. Then select the Password Change option Completing Evaluations 1. To complete an evaluation click on the Evaluations tile. 2. Once you open an evaluation and fill it out you have two options. a. Save it for later-This will save your answers but allow you to modify it before submitting it, if you need to finish it at a later time. b. Submit-If you do not fill out mandatory questions when you click the submit button you will receive an error. Logging a PxDx Encounter-FOR UNVERIFIED ENCOUNTERS ONLY 1. 2. 3. 4. Click on the PxDx tile. Click Add New Complete the fields provided. Use this method, ONLY if your encounter does not need to be verified by a preceptor Logging a PxDx Encounter-FOR VERIFIED ENCOUNTER ONLY 1. 2. 3. 4. Open your browser and go to http://medicine.iu.edu/ume/ Click on Learning Technology then E*Value Information Click on the Green PxDx tile Complete the fields provided. You will get an error message if you do not.
