Bryce Cavanagh start their second full pre-season in Melbourne
with a squad boasting talent, belief and genuine camaraderie; crucial
elements in our quest to move up the competition table. Rising
talents Sam Jeffries, Sean McMahon, Colby Fainga’a and Jack
Debreczeni, among others, have re-committed and extended their
contracts underscoring their faith in the Rebels’ Rugby program.

local talent in the state from underage representative programs

Situated on level two of AAMI Park, the Chairman’s Club provides an opportunity to entertain your guests

Premium reserved seating is provided in front of the dining area, giving you a perfect

• “Home Match” refers to any of the eight (8) matches designated as a
RaboDirect Rebels home match during the 2015 Super Rugby home and
away season, and excludes any Finals Match
Payments for Corporate Hospitality Fees via direct funds transfer must state
as a reference the applicant’s name, as stipulated on the Corporate Hospitality
Application form. Direct funds transfers are to be remitted to the following
bank account:
Guests have priority access to purchase Corporate Hospitality tickets to a Finals Match.
Account name: Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union Ltd
Account number: 142 -001 142804730
Should RaboDirect Rebels host a Finals Match, Guests will be contacted regarding
priority booking arrangements.
Refund Policy
RaboDirect Rebels cannot guarantee the same seat(s) and Corporate Suites allocated
to Guests during the 2015 Super Rugby home and away season at a Finals Match.
• “Invitee” refers to any person or company holding a Corporate Hospitality
ticket purchased by a Guest or any person or company who attends a
RaboDirect Rebels match as a recipient of Corporate Hospitality at the
invitation of a Guest
• “Corporate Hospitality Fee” refers to the fee paid or Corporate Hospitality
on the terms set out in this Agreement
• “ Venue” refers collectively to AAMI Park Stadium and any other stadium
where a RaboDirect Rebels Home Match or Finals Match is played
If there is any inconsistency between information in the RaboDirect Rebels
Corporate Hospitality Offer and these Terms & Conditions, then these Terms
& Conditions will prevail.
Corporate Hospitality Applications can be accessed online at
www.melbournerebels.com.au and transacted though PayPal
or EFT and submitted:
• Via email at [email protected]
If your RaboDirect Rebels Corporate Hospitality Application is successful,
RaboDirect Rebels will send you an email confirming your Corporate
Hospitality purchase. Guests are required to provide a valid email address in
the Corporate Hospitality Application in order to receive this confirmation.
RaboDirect Rebels reserves the right to refuse a Corporate Hospitality
Application to any person or company at its absolute discretion.
Once a completed Corporate Hospitality Application is sent to RaboDirect
Rebels the application is considered final and refunds and exchanges are only
allowed as expressed in the “Refund Policy” of these Terms & Conditions.
The organisations in control of the Venues used for RaboDirect Rebels
matches have the right to impose on Guests Rules & Regulations and other
operational decisions as may be directed by those organisations from time
to time in its discretion. RaboDirect Rebels shall not be liable to Guests
for any matters arising as a result of the implementation of any such
Rules & Regulations.

It is a condition of sale that Guests must comply with these Terms &
Conditions, including the Rules & Regulations imposed by the organisation
in control of the Venues, where RaboDirect Rebels matches are played.
If any of these Terms & Condition or Rules & Regulations are breached,
RaboDirect Rebels and the Venue reserve the right to refuse entry or to
remove Guest or Invitee from the Venue.
All dates, times, participating teams and venues of matches are specified on
the official Super Rugby website www.rugby.com.au and may change from
time to time without notice to Guests.
Corporate Hospitality Fees and payment methods
Where applicable, RaboDirect Rebels will set the Corporate Hospitality
fee each year.

• You are entitled to a refund by virtue of the operation of the Trade Practices Act
1974 (Cth) or similar legislation under which RaboDirect Rebels’ liability may not
be excluded, restricted or modified by private agreement
RaboDirect Rebels is not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a
result of the Super Rugby Competition or any Home Match being cancelled,
postponed or changed.
Corporate Hospitality terms
RaboDirect Rebels reserves the right to change all or any of the Corporate
Hospitality details enclosed in the RaboDirect Rebels Corporate Hospitality
Offer.RaboDirect Rebels reserves the right to offer additional Corporate
Hospitality categories.
RaboDirect Rebels’ Corporate Hospitality program expires on 2nd August 2013
unless cancelled or surrendered earlier under these Terms & Conditions.
Corporate Hospitality is not inclusive of entry to pre or post Super Rugby
home and away season matches or Finals Matches unless otherwise specified.
RaboDirect Rebels reserves the right to cancel Corporate Hospitality ticket(s)
without refund if a Guest or an Invitee breaches these Terms & Conditions or
any Rules & Regulations imposed by the Venues on Guests and Invitees.
Corporate Hospitality rights
Super Rugby Finals Matches
Issue and Use of Corporate Hospitality tickets
Corporate Hospitality tickets will be issued upon full payment of the Corporate Hospitality
Fee and prior to each RaboDirect Rebels Home Match for which Corporate Hospitality
has been purchased.
Corporate Hospitality tickets are the Guests and Invitees ticket for RaboDirect Rebels
Home Matches. On entry to the Venue your Corporate Hospitality ticket(s) will
be scanned.
The Corporate Hospitality ticket must be carried by Guests and Invitees when attending
Home Matches and must be presented upon request.
Lost or stolen Corporate Hospitality tickets
A Guest must immediately report a lost or stolen Corporate Hospitality ticket to
RaboDirect Rebels. Lost or stolen Corporate Hospitality tickets will be cancelled upon
notifying RaboDirect Rebels. A new Corporate Hospitality ticket will be issued to the
Guest upon repayment of the replacement fee of $20.00 per ticket. A new Corporate
Hospitality ticket will be issued prior to the next Home Match wherever possible. Please

Misuse of Corporate Hospitality tickets
If RaboDirect Rebels become aware of the misuse of Corporate Hospitality tickets, the Guests’
Corporate Hospitality ticket(s) may be cancelled, at the discretion of RaboDirect Rebels.
Faulty Corporate Hospitality tickets
A Corporate Hospitality client should advise RaboDirect Rebels if a Corporate Hospitality
ticket is faulty and a replacement Corporate Hospitality ticket will be issued without charge.
RaboDirect Rebels Corporate Hospitality does not entitle a Guest to any other
right except as expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions and the RaboDirect
Rebels Corporate Hospitality Offer.
Administration of Corporate Hospitality
Purchase of Corporate Hospitality does not give a Guest the right to vote in any
meeting of RaboDirect Rebels, to vote for any position on the Board of Directors
or to participate in any dividend entitlement of any nature whatsoever.
A Corporate Hospitality ticket may be terminated for failure to comply with these Terms
& Conditions and also may be cancelled due to the misconduct of a Guest or an Invitee.
Corporate Hospitality seating allocation
Seating in Corporate Hospitality will be allocated at the sole discretion
of RaboDirect Rebels.
When booking seats for the Chairman’s Club, Guests may request that
a group of fellow Guests be seated together.

• The Corporate Hospitality ticket is for a Home Match which is cancelled and
cannot be rescheduled, other than where a Home Match is cancelled as a result
of events beyond RaboDirect Rebels’ control;
It is a condition of sale that tickets to RaboDirect Rebels matches may not,
without the prior written consent of the RaboDirect Rebels, be resold at
a premium nor used for advertising, promotion or other commercial
purposes (including competitor or trade promotions) or to enhance the
demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of
this condition, then the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket
may be denied admission.

Pre and post match functions will be fully licensed events unless otherwise communicated
to Members. Minors are permitted entry to pre and post match functions when
accompanied by an adult. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times at pre
and post match functions. RaboDirect Rebels does not provide, nor is it responsible
for, supervision of minors. RaboDirects Rebels promotes and enforces the responsible
servicing of alcohol.
In these Terms & Conditions, the expression:

Access to pre and post Home Match functions is limited to a maximum of 1,000

For group seating, Corporate Hospitality Applications for each Guest must
be submitted on the same form. If Corporate Hospitality Applications are not
submitted on the same form, RaboDirect Rebels cannot guarantee Guests will
be seated together.
Guest seats under roof line
Reserved seats allocated in the Chairman’s Club and Corporate Suites categories
under the AAMI Park Stadium roof line does not guarantee protection from
the weather.
Guest seats with restricted viewing
While RaboDirect Rebels has taken due care to notify Guests of areas of
restricted viewing, additional seats may be sight restricted by match day
signage or other operational requirements.
Home Matches at other venues
In the event that a RaboDirect Rebels Home Match is played at a venue other
than AAMI Park Stadium (“Alternate Venue”), due to the different seating
configuration available to RaboDirect Rebels at such a venue, same seat
allocations will not be available.
Corporate Hospitality car parking
The Corporate Hospitality fee for the Chairman’s Club includes car parking at the
Venue for one (1) motor vehicle for each group of four (4) Corporate Hospitality
tickets purchased. The Corporate Hospitality fee for Corporate Suites includes car
parking at the Venue for two (2) motor vehicles per Corporate Suite. Subject to
availability, additional car parks can be purchased from the Venue.

RaboDirect Rebels uses the personal information it collects on the Corporate Hospitality
Application for the purpose of processing and administering your Corporate Hospitality
and providing you with information, materials and promotions relating to RaboDirect
Rebels, its sponsors and the Australian Rugby Union Ltd, and will be applied in
accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By agreeing to become a Guest of RaboDirect Rebels, you agree that your personal
information pertaining to your purchase may be disclosed to the Australian Rugby Union
Ltd. Subject to the preceding paragraph, you may be contacted by Australian Rugby
Union Ltd and RaboDirect Rebels’ sponsors during the life of your Corporate Hospitality
in connection with their special offers and other information about their services and
products. If you do not wish to receive any such information please tick the relevant box
on the Corporate Hospitality Application.
In some circumstances, you may be entitled to gain access to the information RaboDirect

has not cancelled or surrendered the Corporate Hospitality under these

OPPONENT
Minors are permitted entry to Corporate Hospitality areas when accompanied by
an adult. Minors must be supervised by an adult at times in areas designated as
Corporate Hospitality.
Under the Agreement, the Guest and Invitees of the Guest promise to comply
with these Terms & Conditions including any Rules & Regulations imposed by
the Venue on Guests.
• “RaboDirect Rebels Corporate Hospitality” and “Corporate Hospitality”
refers collectively to Chairman’s Club, Weary Dunlop Rugby Club and
Corporate Suites and any other corporate facility offered from time to time

Corporate Hospitality Fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).

Hospitality Application (“Guest”) and RaboDirect Rebels.
