1. By completing and submitting an entry form, each entrant agrees to be bound by the following
terms and conditions of entry.
2. The event organiser is the Impreza WRX Club Inc – www.wrx.org.au.
3. Only Subaru cars are eligible to enter.
4. More than one entry may be accepted per person.
5. The Show'n'Shine commences at 10.00am Sunday, 7 June, 2015.
6. The Show'n'Shine concludes at 4.00pm, Sunday, 7 June 2015.
7. All vehicles must be onsite at Wakefield Park Raceway, Goulburn NSW by 9.30am Sunday, 7 June,
2015. Gates open at 7:30am.
8. Entrants may also display their vehicle on Saturday 6 June from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
9. Registrations open 9.00am, Monday, 13 April, 2015 and registrations close 5.00pm, Friday, 5 June
2015. The Impreza WRX Club reserves the right to accept, reject or refuse an entry at any time.
10. Entry fee for the Show'n'Shine is $25.00 per car.
11. Refunds will be arranged if the event is cancelled by the Impreza WRX Club or if the entrant cancels
in writing via email or letter to the Impreza WRX Club prior to 5.00pm, Friday, 29 May 2015.
12. If the entrant cancels after 5.00pm, Friday, 29 May 2015 or does not attend the event on Sunday,
7th June 2015 no refunds will be issued.
13. Only pre-registered entrants will be guaranteed to enter the Show'n'Shine and receive an entrant
pack.
14. Impreza WRX Club may vary the terms and conditions of the Show'n'Shine at any time at its
absolute discretion.
15. Judging will be undertaken between 11:00am and 1:30pm, Sunday, 7th June 2015 at Wakefield Park
Raceway, Goulburn, NSW.

16. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Winners will be annouced at approximately 2:00pm, Sunday 8 June 2015.
18. Results will be published online at www.subinats.com.au from Wednesday, 10 June 2015.
19. Category prizes will be sourced from Sponsors. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any
other services.
20. Entrants will not be permitted to depart Wakefield Park Raceway, Goulburn, NSW before 4.00pm,
Sunday, 7 June 2014.
21. There is limited space available for tents or marquees. If you would like to set up a tent or marquee
please advise officials on arrival and they will attempt to accommodate your request, however
please be aware that you may not be permitted to erect a tent or marquee if space is limited.
22. Any information concerning the entrant, however obtained (e.g. photographs or video footage),
may be used or disclosed at the Impreza WRX Club’s discretion.
23. Entrants voluntarily undertake any risks associated with the event and release SubiNats, agents and
officers of the Impreza WRX Club from any or all liability for damage, loss or injury, however caused,
that the entrants may suffer as a result of or arising from breach of these terms and conditions and
their participation in the event. Entrants acknowledge and agree that SubiNats, agents and officers
of the Impreza WRX Club may plead this waiver and indemnity as a bar to any proceedings they may
commence against all or any of them (SubiNats). Entrants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified
SubiNats, agents and officers of the Impreza WRX Club against any liability, claim, demand, cost or
damage they may incur as a result of or arising from, whether directly or indirectly, breach of these
terms and conditions and their participation in the event. This clause survives the term of this event.
