Mission Pilot – Advanced: Pre-Requisites: GES, 101-MS, SQTR-MP with all F&P Completed and signed off by Unit Commander Ground Team Advanced Ranger Course (GTM2 – Ranger 2nd Elements) Ground Team Leader Ranger 1st Course (GTL – Ranger 1st - Advanced Elements) Mission Scanner Advanced: Pre-Requisites: GES, SQTR with all F&P tasks completed and signed off by Unit Commander. Mission Observer Trainee: Pre-Requisites: GES, 101-MS, and Pre-Req signed off for MO with signature by Unit Commander Mission Observer Advanced: Pre-Requisites: GES, 101-MS, SQTR-MO with all F&P tasks completed and signed off by Unit Commander Mission Pilot Trainee: Pre-Requisites: GES, 101-MS, SQTR-MP with Pre-Req’s completed and signed off by Unit Commander. Member must also have a current Form 5 in CAP aircraft Mission Pilot – Certified: Pre-Requisites: GES, 101-MS, 101-MP Aerial Photographer: Prerequisites: GES, 101-MS, 18 years old GIIEP Operations: Prerequisites: GES, 101-MO, or 101-MS, Computer literacy. Mountain Fury Ground School (flight time will be funded in your home wing): Prerequisites: GES, 101-MP, OPSEC FLIGHTLINE COURSES: Flight Line Marshaller Flight Line Supervisor OTHER: CISM Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support& Group Crisis Intervention ICS 300: Intermediate ICS for Expanding Incidents – ICS300 ICS 400: Advanced Incident Command System – ICS400 GROUND TEAM COURSES: Ground Team / Ranger Basic Course (GTM3 – Ranger 3rd Elements) Each course is a full weekend of dedicated training in each specialty. Only one course may be selected per MERSAR. All training received will be entered into your E-Services training record and will be approved by your wing ES / OPS personnel. The cost this year is $72.50 plus lodging and includes all meals and course materials. All participants will receive a MERSAR T-Shirt. The Official MERSAR Patch is approved for wear on BDU's and Flight suits and will be available to participants only at the event.
