We are contacting you on behalf of the Milan Chamber of Commerce. We are your local
Chamber with business members who come together to support and promote Milan, making Milan a
better place to do business, raise families and strengthen our community.
Every year Chamber holds a Preferred Ball Golf Outing at Pinnacle Country Club, a beautiful 18
hole golf course located right here in Milan. This event is our ONLY fundraiser for the year with
proceeds going to support Chamber activities that directly benefit Milan businesses. Through network
opportunities, marketing and promotional avenues, both Chamber Members and the Milan
Community benefit from shared customer growth and increased economic stability.
This year we are expecting around 18 teams of golfers (over a 100 people in total) on the
fairways on Monday, June 8th, 2015. In addition to gorgeous views, golfers will enjoy cold beverages,
great food and awesome company on the green. Exciting raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and much, much
more will be available to all participants from Tee Time to the finish at the 19th Hole.
We are asking for your support this year with a donation of a raffle basket or an item to be
used in a basket for our raffle prizes. Prizes in the past have included gift certificates, company logo
merchandise, restaurant vouchers, movie tickets, games and just about anything else you can fit in a
basket. The value of a basket usually ranges between $30 and $50, but any donation you may send
will be greatly appreciated. Of course, all donations are tax deductible and a donation receipt is
available upon request. Donations may be dropped off at the Chamber Office by May 29th. If you
need to have your donation picked-up by Chamber, please call the Chamber office to arrange a pickup date and time.
This is an excellent marketing opportunity for your company to be recognized in the Milan
Community. A wide variety of people and businesses participate in the Golf Outing allowing you to
market your business broadly and effectively.
