You are invited to play an important role helping families in need. The Annual Safehouse Salad
Luncheon has expanded and we need your help! Being a Table Hostess is an excellent oppor-
tunity to help raise awareness and funds for the Mitchell Area Safehouse.
As a Table Hostess you will be responsible for donating $100/table. You may pay this yourself or collect the
$12.50 ticket price from each of your guests. You may decorate your table with the Spring Fling theme or
whatever theme you desire. You will bring two assigned salads (8 servings each) to share at the luncheon.
Share your time and talent to help those in difficult circumstances know you care. The Annual Safehouse
Salad Luncheon is a wonderful time of sharing and fundraising. Your donation helps keep the Mitchell Area
Safehouse open.
DATE:
Saturday, April 18, 2015
TIME:
Doors open at 11:00 a.m.
Luncheon begins at 12:00 noon
PLACE:
Mitchell Wesleyan Church
601 N Sanborn Blvd
SET-UP:
The doors will be open on Friday, April 17 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and
8:00 a.m. on Saturday
DETAILS:
The tables are round and 60 inches in diameter. Tables may be as simple or elaborate as you desire. Actual plates will
remain on the table during the luncheon. We will provide clear plastic plates for the guests to use at the salad buffet. Hostesses will need to provide:



Table cloth, (8) place settings: dishes, silverware, glasses, napkins (clear plastic plates provided)
Water pitcher, coffee carafe, salt and pepper shakers
3 Containers for: sugar & creamer packets, individual butters, muffins (all provided)
