The Police Department recommends a public hearing for this alcoholic beverage application. Citgo Roosevelt INC d/b/a Citgo Roosevelt, whose owner/ proposed licensee, is Fazal Ellahi, has made application to the Board of Commissioners for the retail sale of wine and malt beverages located at 3565 Roosevelt Highway, College Park, GA 30349. This application is for a change of ownership; a like business currently operates at the location. The application received on March 20, 2015, complies with the Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance Section 6-201. Applicable requests for compliance review have been made to the following departments: Police, Fire, Zoning, Code Enforcement and the Board of Education’s Transportation Department. Upon completion of the investigation and receipt of approvals from appropriate departments, a hearing for approval will be scheduled before the Board of Commissioners.
