Essential Requirements: Ensuring customer areas are set up for service in line with requirements. Preparing and dispensing beverages as requested by guests, maintaining high standards of presentation. Maintaining cleanliness and service presentation at all times. Previous relevant food & beverage experience working within the hospitality industry. Educated to GCSE Level standard with minimum GCSE Grade C passes in English and Math’s or equivalent. Demonstrable customer awareness with a passion to deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming manner. Ability to work within a team. High standards of attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Desirable Requirements: Relevant Hospitality qualification.
