Management 2015 Engagement Seminar Set for Granite Falls Change agent Mark DeVolder shares how-tos of employee engagement A daylong seminar for business owners, managers and supervisors, called Management 2015 Engagement, will be held Fri., April 24 at Prairies Edge Casino Resort in Granite Falls. Mark DeVolder, internationally known change agent and author of ‘Get Engaged! A Practical Guide for Improving Employee Engagement,’ will lead the seminar. DeVolder will offer management strategies to increase employee engagement and show managers how to help their employees take responsibility for their performance. The cost of the seminar is $89 per person and includes light breakfast and lunch. Checks are payable to Minnesota West Community & Technical College.
