PROMOTION
I am pleased to announce the promotion of Toni Dean to the
position of Director of Spa and Salon Operations at MGM Grand.

Toni Dean
In her new position, Toni will oversee the day-to-day operations
of the Grand Spa and Cristophe Salon such as optimizing guest
experience, presenting a variety of unique treatments and
developing marketing strategies.
Most recently, Toni served as Manager of the Forever Grand
Wedding Chapel. She began her career at MGM Grand in 2008
when she served as Wedding Chapel Supervisor. Prior, she gained
valuable experience as Owner and Operator of Synergy Hair Salon.
Toni also served as a Manager at the Wedding Salons at Wynn
Resorts.
Under Toni’s supervision, the Forever Grand Chapel was named
Wedding Chapel of the Year in 2010 by Las Vegas Bride Magazine.
The Forever Grand Chapel also received the Wedding Wire
“Couples’ Choice Award” in 2015.
Toni is a member of the Las Vegas Spa Association and serves
on the M life Task Force committee which plays a crucial role in
elevating the M life program on property.
Originally from Grants, New Mexico, Toni received her bachelor’s
degree in communications from UNLV.

In her spare time, Toni enjoys exploring new food, spending
time with friends and family, volunteering in the community and
traveling.
