Montgomery Meadows Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny issuance of pool passes to any below

I hereby agree on behalf of myself and all others on this application form, as well as our guests, to abide by all rules and
regulations of the Montgomery Meadows Homeowners Association swimming facilities as may from time to time be
adopted by the Association. I will, if applicable, provide a copy of such rules and regulations to my tenants. I further
agree, that the tenant listed above (if applicable) has my permission to use the swimming pool facilities in my place for
the 2014 season and that a copy of the current lease agreement will be provided to the Association before any issuance of
any passes to the tenants.

POOL OPENS SATURDAY, MAY 23, 2015
YOU WILL NEED A VALIDATED PASS TO GAIN ADMITTANCE TO THE POOL
The 2015 pool season will begin on Saturday, May 23, 2015 The Association has contracted with
Georgetown Aquatics for this pool season.
Homeowners will have to obtain a pool pass, which will be issued subsequent to receipt of the application
form, which is enclosed with this mailing. The enclosed form must be forwarded to Community
Associations, Inc. for approval.
Please read the following information carefully so you may obtain your new pool pass for this
coming pool season.
This year you must send in a picture ID that also shows the address for all applicants over
the age of five. Applicants that do not send in the proper identification will not receive
passes. You will not receive pool passes if there is a balance on your homeowners account
or if there are repair/maintenance items outstanding on the home.
1.
ELIGIBILITY –
a.
Pool passes will only be accepted for those households that are current with their
homeowners association dues and do not have any outstanding 2011, 2012, or 2013
maintenance violations. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Please handle these
matters before requesting your pool pass.
b.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid pass.
(PLEASE NOTE, AN ADULT IS A VALID MEMBER 18 YEARS OF AGE OR
OLDER).
c.
For homeowners who are renting their homes, it is important that you understand that
pool passes can be issued to you, the owner, OR the occupants of the rental property,
NOT TO BOTH. If you choose to relinquish the pool privilege, it is your responsibility
to forward this pass application to your tenant. A copy of this letter is not being sent to
tenants.
d.
Montgomery Meadows unit owners who do not live at the property must submit a copy
of their current lease to be eligible for a pool pass.
e.
Please note: If you wish the application to be sent DIRECTLY to the tenant, please
check the appropriate box on the bottom of the application.
2.
PROCEDURE –
a.
No one can be admitted to the pool without a valid pass. Adherence to the application
procedure will insure your receipt of a valid pass prior to pool opening. For those
residents who send back their pool form, these passes will be left at the pool facility by
opening day. If your pass is not on-site, we encourage you to contact the offices of
Community Associations immediately to confirm any architectural violations or
outstanding delinquencies.
b.
Please complete the 2015 Pool application form, fill in the appropriate sections, and
return it so it is received NLT May 20, 2014:

c.
Homeowners or Residents applying to receive passes or passes received after May
20th will not be able to pickup pass in the management office. Applications for
passes received after May 20th will be processed once a week and will be mailed to
the owner.
d.
Finally, in an effort to keep the pool from becoming overcrowded, the number of guests
per household will be limited. Each household will be allowed two guests per day
without prior notification. Arrangements for guests totaling more than two must be prearranged with Community Associations, Inc. at least 72 hours prior to the day requested.
All guests, pre-arranged or not, will be expected to sign in at the desk, and provide a form
of identification on request. ONLY ADULT (18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER)
PASSHOLDERS WILL BE ABLE TO ADMIT A GUEST and must stay at the pool
with the guest.
PARENTAL PERMISSION FORM - Also enclosed is a Montgomery Meadows Homeowners
Association Pool Parental Permission Form. This form must be on file and delivered in person
by the parent or guardian to the pool manager.
