Energy Solutions Aquatic Center Rules and Regulations
Pool Rules
For the health and safety or our guests:
All persons with diarrhea in the past 2 weeks shall not use the pool.
All users must shower with soap to remove all fecal material prior to pool
entry and after using the toilet or a diaper change.
All children under 3 years old or who wear a diaper must wear a swim diaper
and waterproof swimwear whether trained or not. This is a state law.
Diapers may only be changed in restrooms or changing stations.
Keep pool water out of your mouth.
THE LIFEGUARD'S INTERPRETATION OF THE POOL RULES IS FINAL!
No swimming when lifeguard is not on duty.
Non-swimmers and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied
by a parent or other responsible adult.
No outside food or drink are allowed
No food or drink is allowed in the pool
Horseplay, rough play or running will not be tolerated.
Only one person on the diving board at a time. Repeated bouncing on
the board is not permitted.
No diving in depths of less than 5 feet
Children less than 4 feet tall must be accompanied down the slide by
an adult.
No flotation devices are allowed in the deep end or on the water slide.
No abusive language will be tolerated.
Glass and alcohol are strictly prohibited
No animals are allowed with the exception of service animals
Maximum pool capacity is 500 persons
Proper swimming attire is required
The pool may be closed without notice due to the weather or
contamination at the discretion of the supervisor on duty.
