June 20, 1pm “Edible Perennial
Gardening and Landscaping” with
Naturalist and Educator, John Root !

This informative presentation provides knowledge
on what perennial plants, shrubs, and trees can be
grown in or found in our area to produce fruits, nuts
and vegetables. Learn organic methods of
cultivation and instructions for the maintenance and
care of these plants.

July 18, 2pm “Dig into clay” !
with Pied Potter of Hamelin!
!
Rick Hamelin, a potter and artist since the 1970’s, will intrigue
adults and children alike with the history and legends of pottery
and its makers. Certain clays are found in Massachusetts. The
Pied Potter will demonstrate using his electric potting wheel and
you will be amazed at what he produces at the event.

August 8, 2pm Storyteller and
Musician John Porcino !
!
For 30 years John has been telling stories and
playing music together. His art of storytelling, !
warmth, and humor, and the audience !
participation will draw you in. He has been quoted
as, “A combination of Robin Williams, Captain
Kangaroo, and Pete Seeger….”!
August 22, 6-9pm Latin Salsa Band!
Potluck at 5:00pm (Prior to show) Town Hall!

Wear your dancing shoes and enjoy this lively Latin!
Salsa band featuring 8 musicians, percussion, horns,
and vocals providing tangos, sambas, cha chas and
much more!! Bring a Latin-inspired dish to the
potluck!
September 27, 1pm 3rd Annual !
Oktoberfest at Camp Hi-Rock !

Enjoy the foliage, eat, drink, and dance to the music!
of the “Hofbrauhaus Bavarian Band”!
featuring a clarinet/saxophone section, a brass
section, drums, and accordions. Kick up your heels to
waltzes, polkas and more. Grill goods provided.!
Side dishes and libations are potluck.!
