Dr. Stytz has over two decades experience in cybersecurity and information security technologies, including
experience in academia, government, military and industry. He is a thought leader, as represented by his hundreds
of speaking engagements and publications.
For the US Government, Dr. Stytz managed $62M+ in research programs for the US government, conducted over
$12M+ in research grants for the US government, and saved several hundred million dollars in software program
development costs on US government programs.

 Innovation, Invention, and Development: Creative & visionary technology developer. Inventions include a
software security test environment, a botnet simulation environment, a cyber attack simulator, a 3D medical
imaging system, an on-line collaboration environment, high-fidelity simulation of orbital and deep-space

 Research program management: Managed over $62 million in research projects for the US government on
projects ranging from two people to thirty people that completed successfully, on-time, and on-budget. Unrivaled

 Program management: Two examples illustrate my proven ability. Saved over $30 million in program costs by
early identification of software development issues in the Global Positioning System (GPS) control software
upgrade. Saved over $15 million in software program costs by early identification of errors in the Theater
Medical Information Program. Managed programs for DoD, DARPA, and other government entities. Combines
