III. Residency During the Award Period – If you anticipate that you will be away from Toronto
during the academic year of the award, in a paragraph please indicate when and for
how long you anticipate being away. Absences over three weeks in length during the
academic term may render you ineligible.
IV. Copy of Letter of Award - Include a copy of the letter indicating that you are the
successful holder of a 2015/2016 doctoral fellowship.
