for changes to table settings)

Refund of deposit due to cancellation will be at the Managers discretion .
A Cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added to your total
cost.
Capacity
Intimate receptions or larger groups can be
comfortably accommodated in our Dining Room.
(maximum of 150people) Minimum numbers may
apply.
Room Decorations
You are welcome to bring in items that personalise your
function. Decorations will be your responsibility unless
otherwise arranged and any damage resulting from
decorations e.g. holes from pins, tape marks, candle
wax
etc. will incur appropriate repair costs.
Course Photographs
An addition cost of $250.00
Bookings & Deposit
A deposit of $500 is required to confirm bookings.
Any tentative bookings will be held for a 7-day period.
Payment
Payment is required one week prior to the date of the
function. (Unless prior arrangements have been made for
payment to be invoiced).
Payment may be made by way of cash, bank cheque,
EFTPOS or credit card.
An ATM is located on our premises.
ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY FOR
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE
No responsibility will be accepted for personal items
or hire equipment brought onto our premises.

function. This is considered to be a guarantee of
numbers attending and, barring extenuating
circumstances, you will be charged for this number.

Our function room and bar has a licence until 12 midnight for a Saturday Night. An extended licence may be
obtained until 1.30am at a cost of $100.00

Cancellations
POA – Photos can be taken on the course by
arrangement with our Grounds Superintendent.
Availability will depend on golf bookings and time
requirements. No guarantees will be made for level
of water in the lakes or the condition of fairways.

Provided is a package encompassing the information
you should require to begin planning your function.
We find no two bookings have the same requirements
and its is therefore suggested that once you have read
through the information, it is best to arrange a time to
discuss your individual needs.
Prices quoted are at today’s cost and subject to change
from time to time, however they will be ‘fixed’ upon
payment of your deposit.
