2015 Parent Teacher Student Interviews
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Parent Teacher interviews will be conducted this year on the following days:
Monday 27 April 2015
Thursday 30 April 2015
Wednesday 13 May 2015
2:00pm to 6:00pm
4:00pm to 9:00pm
4:00pm to 9:00pm
Boarding families (as priority) and Year Levels 8 to 12
Year Levels 8 to 12

Interviews will be of 10 minutes duration and it is expected that the students will attend the interview.
Interviews can be booked using the internet-based booking system Parent Teacher On-Line (PTO).
The system allows you to book the interview times that suit you best from any internet-connected
computer. For families who do not have internet access, students will be able to book from a School
computer or if you prefer you may make a booking by ringing the Senior School Office on 08 8276 0214.
I encourage Boarding parents to make their bookings as early as possible.
The PTO system is now open for bookings.

In order to obtain your PIN you will need to click on "Obtain PIN/Password" on the login screen. This
is situated on the right of the Login fields. You will then need to enter your email address (the one
registered with the school) and PTO will then immediately send an email to the address containing
your login details and a secure link.
The email address entered must match the email address in our School database

PTO will send an email to the address containing the secure link and login details for the parent(s) with
that email address.
Full instructions are provided to you after you log on.
Please note the following points:

When you log on, the system displays only your own child/children. If two parents/guardians wish to
attend the interview together, only one parent/guardian needs to make the booking.

Interview time slots are limited. The earlier you can open the website and book – the more options
you will have.

You will only see time slots which are available at the time you are using the system. As time slots are
booked for teachers, those timeslots are no longer displayed as available. PTO prevents doublebooking of teachers and parents/guardians.

If you see this symbol
displayed alongside the class name, it means this teacher would especially
like you to book an interview.

Other parents may be making bookings at the same time that you are using the system. It is possible,
though unlikely, that a timeslot is displayed to you as available, but is then booked by another parent
shortly afterwards. If you then attempt to book this timeslot it will not be available and a message will
be displayed to indicate this.

When you have made all the bookings you require, you can print a report of your bookings and a
School map. Click on the print or map icon
that can be found towards the top left of
the screen.

You can log in to cancel or change bookings any time up to 8.00am on the day of the interviews.

