If selected, be available for the mandatory Executive Retreat at the McGill Gault Nature Reserve, departing in the afternoon on Friday Feb 20, and returning the morning of Feb 22. 2 Vice-President, Academic Affairs Term Time Commitment Position Summary Portfolio May 1st 2015 – April 30th 2016 Summer: 5-10/hours per week Fall/Winter: 20-30/hours per week The VP Academic is the primary student advocate in the Desautels Faculty of Management on affairs regarding the BCom academic curriculum and Career Services. This makes the position the head accountant of a million dollar company; ensuring thousands of transactions are properly recorded and reconciled for an expedient reimbursement process & eventual audit.
