2015 Cavehill Creek Camp & Sovereign Hill
November 4th-6th
Dear Parents/Guardians of Grades 4/5/6:
This year, the students in Grade 4, 5 and 6 will be at Cavehill Creek in Beaufort, Victoria. The Camp will be on Wednesday
4th November-Friday 6th November. The students will enjoy lots of outdoor activities at the Camp and will be stopping at
Sovereign Hill in Ballarat on the way there. You may visit the following links to see what is offered at both of these places:

The cost of the camp is $295 which will cover our day visit to Sovereign Hill, bus transportation to and from Camp, and the
events/food/accommodation offered at Cavehill Creek. The deposit/monthly instalments, along with their due dates,
are attached to this letter. You may make your payments for School Camp by either cash to your child’s teacher or at the
front desk by credit card/eftpos or via BPay.
All students are to return the bottom of this form, a deposit of $55 and a completed Confidential Medical Information Form
no later than Friday 29th of May. The final payment for Camp will be due next Term on Friday 18th September. If you
need to change this payment schedule, please speak to Gaylene to negotiate an alternative schedule.
The ratio of Teachers and Staff to the number of students attending School Camp means that no parent volunteers are
required. During Term 4, there will be more detailed information about the School Camp Program/Activities as well as
what your child should pack.
