Lessee assumes the responsibility to occasionally clean the cart when needed. Cart is only to be used at the service address of
lessee. Unauthorized use of the cart will result in removal of cart by Homewood / Nuway / Star Disposal. Lessee will hold
Homewood / Nuway / Star Disposal harmless of any incidents as a result of cart usage. Carts may become heavy during use
and are to be used and handled by adults only. Lessee is responsible for the , loss or damage to cart beyond normal uses.
Lessee will no fy Homewood / Nuway / Star Disposal to remove cart if it is no longer needed. All payment due for use of
cart must be paid in full. Lessee agrees to prompt and full payment for use of cart according to the terms, condi ons and
schedules which Homewood / Nuway / Star Disposal has established. Lessee is responsible for replacement cost of equip‐
ment and collec on costs of amounts due if lessee does not maintain the obliga ons above. Fees are based on projected
costs at yard waste recycling centers and are subject to change.
Lessee may also put out two bundles of branches per week provided they are ed, no longer than four feet in length, and are
a size that one person can pick up. Any bags with addi onal grass clippings, leaves, etc. require a s cker on each bag. Any
addi onal bundles a er the two allowed will also require a s cker. Yard waste will be picked up in the waste cart between
April 1st and November 30th ONLY. Between December 1st and March 31st, only garbage may be placed in the waste cart
for pick up.
This contract will be renewed annually unless no fica on to terminate contract is given.
*Lessee agreement is for a one year me period. There will be a $20.00
redelivery/retrieval charge if applicable.
