NOTES: Private cart is only allowed if the person owning the cart was a member in 08 and paid trail fees in 08, and continues to
be a member each year paying all applicable fees. This is also only applicable to the actual cart that was paid for, and the person
that signed up for it (non-transferable). No new model carts or different carts are applicable. Private cart cannot be used by any
others.
These fees are payable by May 1st, 2015 or a 10% surcharge will be applied.

2015 Member Seasonal Golf Cart Rental Agreement
Rider #1
Minnewasta Golf and Country Club Agrees to Rent a Golf Cart to Current Member:

This member cart is for the limited personal use ONLY of the above identified lessee only and is nontransferable. This fee shall be payable in one payment upon the start of this agreement. This payment
entitles you to unlimited rental of Minnewasta power carts. 2 people per cart maximum. Any riders not
holding their own 2015 seasonal cart membership will be required to pay set daily rider fees. Maximum 2
carts per 4 some. Riders will be placed together on 1 cart as directed by pro-shop staff.
All regular rules and policies, or any enacted through the regular business of the club’s season, governing
the use and rental of golf carts by the Minnewasta Golf & Country Club shall apply (Including the under 18
years of age policy). It is explicitly understood by the lessee that he/she, does not receive privileges beyond
the regular rules and policies.
I agree to all rules and regulations as spelled out above. Any abuse or misuse of power carts or policy may
result in loss of rental privilege.
