PRE-TRANSITION FROM MYEDBC TO MYEDBC
If an approved request (based on signed registration documentation) is made to Pre-Transition a student from
one MyEdBC school to another MyEdBC school for the next school year, please follow the instructions
below. Review the “Removing Next Year Information” document posted for help on removing next year
courses before you begin this procedure.
Navigate to: Student Top Tab>Select the Student>Details. Go to the second block on page
Click on Red X next to the Next School>Name to remove the old school and then begin typing the name of
the new school. It should auto-fill with the correct school. If it does not populate correctly, click on the
magnifying glass and use Control F to find and select the new next-year school.
Click OK when you have selected your
new school. New school name will
appear in the Next School>Name.
Click “Save”.
