Tuition Payment Plan Set-Up Instructions
*The monthly payment plan can be set up after receiving your fall statement in July. The plan must
be set up before the first day of class.
*If set up in July, the plan will be 10 months, if set up in August, the plan will be 9 months.
*Final payment will be due April 30. A hold will be placed on accounts with balances on May 4, 2015.
*The payment plan enrollment fee of $75.00 and the first payment is due at enrollment.
*An automatic payment plan can be set up after completing enrollment and payment information.
*The payment plan is a privilege; regular monthly payments must be made to be eligible for enrollment
in future years.

Enter User Name and Password
Click “Finances” Tab
Click “Make a payment”
In July, click “Sign up for the 10 Month Payment Plan”
In August, click “Sign up for the 9 Month Payment Plan”
The payment plan covers the academic year. (The last payment in April may differ because spring charges
are estimated.)
Use your fall statement for the following information:
Multiply total charges by 2 and enter on the first line (A)
Multiply total anticipated credits by 2, add the paid enrollment fee amount and enter
on the second line (B).
The total amount of the installment plan will be calculated for you (C).
Click “Continue”

Check the “I agree” box,
Enter initials and click “Accept”
Payment Screen will detail what is due at the time of enrollment.
Indicate whether payment will be made by credit card or electronic check
Click “Continue”

On following screens, enter credit card or check information to process payment.
**By entering credit card or banking information, you are only paying the initial enrollment fee and
payment; you are not enrolled in the automatic payment. After completing enrollment, you will have the
option of clicking a link to enroll in the automatic payment option.
