members of the Board of Directors as well as the Executive Team.
Mathew Johnson: Board Chairman, CEO, Founder!
Mathew is the CEO/Founder of GeaCom, Inc. and inventor of Phrazer®. He is an internationally recognized
innovator with experience in both startup and established businesses. Prior to GeaCom Mat was top
management of the Western Hemisphere Division of Kawaguchi Robotics (a division of Kawaguchi),
president of Veldhiezen Group Inc. and contracted with several Fortune 500 companies such as Cargill,
Honeywell, and Medtronic.!

He is the recipient of the 20 Under 40 award, Minnesotans on the Move and multiple Economic
Development awards. His current invention (Phrazer® System) has been awarded the Minnesota Cup, the International Edison
Award, Tekne, the International Value Chain Award along with numerous other recognitions. Mat has also received recognition
in the development of advanced video streaming technologies, advanced robotics, development of leading SAAS channel
management solutions, implementation of global medical technologies and is a versed in the application of communication
theory.!

Mat has a proven ability to assemble world class teams of experts and partners to bring unprecedented levels of expertise
resulting in strong, viable businesses comprised of skilled professionals who are global leaders in their respective fields. His
experience with startups, in a wide spectrum of economic times, has informed him on adapting to ever changing business
environments. Regardless of the level of resistance or complexity, Mat has a reputation for honorable dealings. He is a member
of the Grass Roots Innovation Team (GRIT) and is actively involved with many leading technology companies providing him a
broad and up to date knowledge of technological advances and market changes. Mat is also a Saint Scholastica College Board
Trustee.!

Ralph Romano Jr.: EVP/CFO!
Ralph Romano Jr. serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GeaCom, Inc. Ralph
recently joined GeaCom and brings over 20 years of experience as a CFO in a wide array of organizations
involved in manufacturing, service and medical industries. During his previous experiences he has also had
stints as a Chief Operating Officer and a member of the board of directors. Ralph has experience in fast
growth organizations and overseeing the financial functionality in countries such as China, England,
Switzerland, and Brazil. !

Ralph has also been involved in both merger and acquisitions and has set up international subsidiaries. He is a member of the
Twin Cities chapter of the Financial Executives International (FEI).

Bruce Lehrman: Board Member
Bruce Lehrman is CEO and Founder of Involta, LLC, a privately held multi-tenant data center and IT services
company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA. Mr. Lehrman is best known for his entrepreneurial spirit and ability
to build world class technology organizations. He has been involved in three green-field business startups in his
career and has also worked with large, nationally recognized brands. Last year he led Involta to be recognized on
the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Company list at #40 and the Technology Association of Iowa Prometheus Awards
for CEO of the Year and Company of the Year.
Building community is an important focus for Mr. Lehrman. He believes in the strength of the entrepreneurial spirit and supports the
men and women who are working to develop companies in his work on the Boards of Entrepreneurial Development Center, Iowa
Seed Fund, Van Meter Industrial and the Technology Association of Iowa. For his efforts, Mr. Lehrman was recognized by the
Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011.
Rondi Erickson: Board Member
Rondi Erickson was elected as a director of the Company in 2000. She is the co-owner of Nokomis Restaurant &
Bar in Duluth, Minnesota. From October 1999 to February 2006, she was the Chief Executive Officer and a
director of Apprise Technologies Inc., a company that develops and sells optical and electronic-based sensor
technologies. Prior to joining Apprise, in 1995, Ms. Erickson founded American Science Corporation, a
registered FDA manufacturing establishment that provided contract manufacturing and research and development
support for a dental pharmaceutical company. Prior to founding American Science, Ms. Erickson founded Bay
West, Inc., an environmental services firm, in 1974 and served as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mark Denissen: Board Member
Mr. Denissen most recently was Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Marketing and Member of Advisory
Board of Texas Instruments. In this role, he is focused on improving the firm’s capabilities to exceed customer
expectations at a systems level across the breadth of Texas Instruments product offering. In addition he was
responsible for technology development and market segmentation for medical, energy efficiency, and security
markets. He also identified new technologies, systems and markets for all of the firm’s businesses. Mr. Denissen
spent over 25 years at Texas Instruments and has experience in product line management, technology licensing
and acquisition, strategic investments and acquisitions, and sales and marketing. Mr. Denissen managed over 100 sales and systems
professionals and was responsible for over $1 billion in annual sales serving customers of all sizes through direct and indirect
channels. These customers included large players in the PC, server, telecom infrastructure, wireless, portable equipment, and medical
business. He is a Member of Board of Advisors of TI Kilby Labs; TI Ventures; and TECH Fort Worth Board Member. Mr. Denissen
was a Member of Board of Advisors of InCube Ventures, LLC. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from UCLA.
